Honest Mistake OÜ (registry code 16281128, P. Kerese tn 48, 11215 Tallinn, Estonia) is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and in our client work. Contact: hello@mistake.ee.

What we collect

• Email: when you write to us, we keep your name, email address and the correspondence for as long as the relationship needs it.
• Client data: for engagements we process the contact and billing details needed for the contract and for Estonian accounting law (kept 7 years, as required).
• Website: this site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security and operations.

Who processes it for us

• Vercel Inc. (website hosting)
• Cloudflare, Inc. (DNS and email routing)
• Google LLC (email hosting)
• When card payments are introduced: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (payment processing; card data goes directly to Stripe and never reaches us)

Some providers process data outside the EU under EU-approved safeguards (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).

The Photolog app

Photolog stores photos on your device, in your personal iCloud account, or in your Dropbox if you connect one. It has no accounts and no servers of ours; we cannot access your photos. The app's own privacy details are listed on its App Store page and at photolog.io.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict processing. Write to hello@mistake.ee and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
